How come there are so many controversies in IPL than ICL? When S.Akthar landed in India there was no mention of dope-test but when he took four wickets all speculations started. Then the stone throwing incident on Sehwag came to light. But ICL had no such controversies and the matches ran smoothly on! Will IPL’s twenty-twenty be in the race or are we going to see some changes in the rules regarding the Test Matches? Kudos for Kapil Dev for organising such matches!
